The City Council meets on the first Monday (if Monday is a holiday the meeting is moved to Thursday) of each month at 6:30 pm in the City Hall Building located at
555 S. Lawrence Blvd, Keystone Heights.
Keystone Heights has a City Council form of government, represented by a Mayor and four council members, all elected at large. They serve three year terms. Mayor and council members are assigned committees.
