Kindergarten Registration 

May 5th-May 16th 

During School hours  By appointment only

***** You must have ALL sic Clay County Required documents:

  • Original State-Certified Birth Certificate (from State of birth, NOT hospital)
  • Immunization Record (form680) with all immunizations complete
  • Physical Exam from doctor dated within last year ( after 08/13/23)
  • Parent ID for birth certification (and proof of address)
  • Proof of Residency in KHES School District: 
    • Latest Mortgage Statement/Deed or Rental/Lease Agreement for address and
    • Latest Electric Bill reflecting address provided

24/25 Kindergarten Students MUST be five years old on or before September 1, 2024
