A page on the City’s website will be created to contain information on the Keystone Heights Comprehensive Plan Update. The page will explain the process for updating the Comprehensive Plan. The draft Comprehensive Plan will have a link on the Comprehensive Plan page on the website. The proposed changes to the Comprehensive Plan will be summarized and highlighted on the Comprehensive Plan page. The page will contain a link for citizens to provide input and comments for revisions on the proposed plan update.
All meetings and workshops will be listed on the Comprehensive Plan webpage. There will be a link to the minutes of the meetings related to the Comprehensive Plan Update and the video of the meetings related to the Comprehensive Plan Update for citizens and businesses to view.

There will be a link to the minutes of the meetings for the Comprehensive Plan Update and a link to the video of the meetings for the Comprehensive Plan Update for citizens to view. Businesses and residents will be able to provide comments on the Comprehensive Plan Update through the City’s Facebook page.

Keystone Heights City staff and elected and appointed officials will inform the businesses and residents in Keystone Heights about the Comprehensive Plan Update by speaking at business and community events. Events will include:

Notices of meetings for the Comprehensive Plan Update will be emailed to the businesses in Keystone Heights. The email will include a link to the Comprehensive Plan Update webpage. The webpage will contain a link for businesses to provide input and comments for revisions on the proposed Comprehensive Plan Update.
